This website is operated by Katie’s Customzz. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Orders

All items are custom-made and hand-painted. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, processing times are 5–6 weeks before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other methods available at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using FedEx. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues once an order has been handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products or website beyond the cost of the product purchased.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
